What locations do you service?
We are based in Cape Town and service areas within the Western Cape.
What services do you offer?
At Arabica Coffee Co., we are a full-service coffee company offering a wide range of services, including coffee carts for events.
Do you have a minimum order or spend for events?
Yes. Each service has different requirements, so please chat with our team. For coffee service, the minimum order is 50 servings.
Are there travel fees?
Travel fees are included in the setup fee for locations within 30km. An AA rate of R5/km is charged for distances beyond 30km.
Do you offer cash or retail sales?
No, all of our services and events are prepaid. We do not offer a retail option where customers pay per drink or food item.
Cart dimensions
Our coffee carts are available in two sizes:
- 1800mm (L) x 900mm (W)
- 1500mm (L) x 900mm (W)
How much does it cost to hire a coffee cart?
Hiring a coffee cart is a simple and enjoyable process. Our packages include a barista, an electronic espresso machine, a grinder, fresh dairy and alternative milk. Costs are itemized and cover cart hire, barista hire, optional branding, coffee servings, and travel.
Do you require power for a coffee cart?
Yes, we require access to a standard 10AMP power point.
Do you provide cups, lids, milk, sugar, etc.?
Yes, our service is fully inclusive. When you book an event with us, we provide coffee beans, cups, lids, sugar, milk, and alternative milk.
How do we book and secure our date?
Booking is easy! You can call us at 082 485 9150 or 073 003 3760, or email hello@arabica.co.za at any time. We will discuss your event, send you a quote, and once you’re ready, you can confirm your booking. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and event date.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Yes. If a host cancels a booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 5 days before the event – 10% administration fee
- 3 days before the event – 25% administration fee
- 1 day before the event – 100% forfeiture of the booking fee
